PRICING AND PAYMENT

  1. All events must be PRE-PAID IN FULL, 3 WEEKS PRIOR to the party date.

  2. There is a 12 guest MAXIMUM for any event.

  3. The MINIMUM FEE listed for each event type is the amount needed to cover 5 guests. Depending on the theme you choose, this fee might be $200, $210, or $235. THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

  4. The MINIMUM FEE applies even if you are hosting fewer than 5 guests. NO DISCOUNTS WILL BE OFFERED FOR FEWER PARTICIPANTS.

  5. All events hosting more than 9 guests require an additional $60 fee to pay for an assistant to be on site. PLEASE SELECT THE APPROPRIATE ADD-ON WHEN REGISTERING 9 GUESTS. This fee is already included in the 10 guest booking options.

  6. 9 person bookings with an unpaid assistant fee will be invoiced for $60. Your booking will be cancelled if this invoice isn’t paid 10 days before your scheduled event. All add-ons will be refunded. The minimum fee is not refundable.

SPACE REQUIREMENTS

  1. Rose's Inspiration Station is a service that will come to you. Event locations can be the home of an individual, a picnic shelter at a local park, or any other place RESERVED BY THE INDIVIDUAL ON THE BOOKING.

  2. The individual specified on the booking is responsible for RESERVING SPACES OUTSIDE OF THEIR HOME if hosting an event at that location.

  3. A flat, dry space that is AT LEAST 80 inches wide, 3 feet deep and 80 inches tall is REQUIRED for the art cart to be set up.

  4. Rose's Inspiration Station can provide up to 2 folding tables and a single 10’x10’ pop-up tent for an event. Tables available do not exceed 8 feet each. Rose's Inspiration Station CANNOT PROVIDE CHAIRS.

  5. The individual specified on the booking is responsible for ensuring ADEQUATE SPACE for the number of expected guests. This includes space for the art cart, as well as tables and chairs where guests will work on projects. INDOOR, OR COVERED SPACE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

  6. IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER, events planned for outside can be rescheduled. Alternately, Rose's Inspiration Station will be happy to set up at another location reserved by the individual specified on the booking.

  7. AT LEAST 2 GUARDIANS MUST BE ON SITE FOR CHILD-SPECIFIC EVENTS.

CANCELLATIONS

  1. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for minimum fees. However, if the event is cancelled, any additional costs will be refunded.

  2. In the event of illness or family emergencies, events can be rescheduled for a later date.
